The tedious task of emptying laundry bags before washing is eliminated, as the water-soluble laundry bag can be placed directly into the washing machine, where it will dissolve completely after a wash cycle of at least 30 minutes at 60 °C. The material is non-toxic, safe, and fully biodegradable. A closure strap ensures that contaminated laundry is well and securely packaged within the laundry bag. The strap also dissolves completely without leaving any residue.
