The Huawei Watch D2 is a good health smartwatch. Its unique selling point is the 24-hour blood pressure measurement. It has what it takes to be a game changer for high blood pressure patients, but can currently only be recommended as a supplement to normal morning and evening measurements. This is because the deviations from the reference device were often too high when tested.
