The Matebook is a real eye-catcher in its dark blue robe, but it also convinces in everyday use with a very high working speed and a top display. It only has two weaknesses: The touchscreen reacts with a slight delay and the battery life is rather short at 4:10 hours.
The test field reflects the wide range of compact notebooks available. The Acer Swift 5 (SF514-56T) and the Asus ZenBook 14X Space Edition deliver a lot of computing power, but are noisy.
