The NC552SFP is a PCI Express (PCIe) 10 Gigabit networking solution with eight lanes (x8) that provides optimal throughput. This PCI Express Gen 2 adapter comes with two SFP+ (Small Form-factor Pluggable) cages suitable for connection to Direct Attach Cable (DAC) or an SR fibre module that supports fibre cabling.
The NC552SFP has advanced server features that meet the expectations of ProLiant customers, such as TCP checksum and segmentation support, large send and large receive offload capability, VLAN tagging, 9K jumbo frames, IPv4 and IPv6, teaming for failover and load balancing, and TCP/IP offload for Windows. The NC552SFP is easy to install and configure and can be used in both standard and low-profile slots.
