The HPE OfficeConnect 1420 Switches provide reliable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity for small businesses. These unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switches are ideal for ready-to-use basic Layer 2 connections at an affordable price. IEEE 802.1p prioritization and other QoS features automate the preferred handling of high-priority traffic, including DSCP priorities (Differentiated Services Code Point).

Since the switch operates without a fan, it runs completely silently and can be integrated into office environments without disruptive noise. The device requires no configuration or ongoing management.

The switch is PoE-capable, allowing you to power other devices through the network cable. For this purpose, a total PoE budget of 64 W is available, which can be distributed among the connected devices.
