Your optional limited warranty is a one (1) year parts replacement warranty for all HP or Compaq branded options. If your HP option is installed in an HP hardware product, HP may provide warranty service for the HP option during the limited warranty period for the HP option or during the remaining limited warranty period of the HP hardware product in which the HP option is installed, whichever period is longer, but not exceeding three (3) years from the date you purchased the HP option.
