HP Services uses electronic tools for remote support to diagnose and resolve issues. For problems that cannot be solved remotely, an authorized HP Services technician will arrive at your location the next day after receiving your support request, provided that day falls within the service window covered by your contract. HP Services restores the covered hardware to a fully operational state, repairing or replacing components or entire devices as needed. The service scope includes all necessary replacement parts, materials, and labor.
