Hoya UX UV Filter

The abbreviation UX stands for "User Experience" and follows the motto of designing the UX filters to be as user-friendly as possible. As a result, the coating has been significantly improved. For the first time, the ultra-slim filters feature an "HMC WR" (High Multi Coated Water Repellent) coating, which causes water to bead off and makes it easier to remove dirt. The filters have a sleek, aluminum profile frame to avoid vignetting when attached to wide-angle or super-wide-angle lenses. The newly integrated double-sided 10-layer coating is based on the proven HMC Hoya multi-antireflective coating. UV filters cut out unwanted ultraviolet rays, reduce haze, and enhance clarity. Additionally, the UV filter serves very well as a protective glass for the lens.
