In 2018, the wonderful musical adventure "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" celebrates its 50th anniversary. The film is loosely based on the 1964 novel by Ian Fleming, with the screenplay written by the iconic children's author Roald Dahl and directed by Ken Hughes.

To mark this anniversary, we are proud to reintroduce the iconic car in a 1:45 scale to the Corgi range. The fenders are movable, and the car will include all four characters from the original release in November 1968: Dick Van Dyke's character Caractacus Potts, Adrian Hall's Jeremy Potts, Heather Ripley's Jemima Potts, and Sally Ann Howes' Truly Scrumptious.
