The eWindow handle ConnectSense reliably detects attempted break-ins at the window and reports them to the Smart Home centre. In addition, both the position of the handle (closed, tilted, open) and the position of the window sash (closed, open) are recognised and reported. By constantly comparing the position of the handle and the window sash, it is possible to recognise exactly whether a window is actually open or whether only the handle is in the open position without the window sash having been moved. The eWindow handle ConnectSense offers extensive functions for monitoring window statuses in the building - even while travelling if necessary via a smartphone message.
