Homematic IP Smart Home universal actuator - 0-10 V

The network-powered Homematic IP Universal Switch Actuator is part of the Homematic IP Smart Home system and allows for the control of managed residential ventilation systems or analog dimmers. The actuator can be easily controlled via the Homematic IP app, where time profiles can also be conveniently set up. The Universal Switch Actuator features a switching output with a 0-10 V interface, which allows for the easy control of electronic ballasts or managed residential ventilation systems. Additionally, a consumer, such as a dimmer, can be connected to the parallel 1-10 V interface. When the actuator is connected to a Homematic IP wireless switch, a quick ventilation can also be easily implemented with the push of a button. Time profiles ensure that the residential ventilation operates at normal levels during the day and reduces performance at night, saving energy and minimizing disruptive ventilation noise. Once a conventional consumer is connected, it can also be switched on or off directly next to the power supply using an additional relay. This means that the connected device can be completely powered off, unlike traditional actuators. The Homematic IP Universal Switch Actuator can be mounted on the wall or in the ceiling using standard screws and dowels thanks to its side mounting brackets.
