A practical handle on the protective cover makes it easy to carry by hand. The cover can be completely removed and washed - ideal if you regularly use the ball at your desk. The fitness ball is suitable for people weighing up to 150 kg and is perfect for people between 179 cm and 190 cm tall, allowing you to sit ergonomically at a 90° angle and keep your spine naturally upright. The yoga ball offers numerous training options: Planks, hamstring curls, V-sits, crunches, balance exercises or a gentle core workout. You train your abdomen, back, arms, legs, buttocks and core while promoting stability and coordination. The sitting ball is supplied uninflated; a pump, two plugs and a plug lifter are included. To prevent the ball from rolling away, you can combine it with the ball ring. The scope of delivery includes 1x exercise ball, 1x protective canvas cover, 1x air pump, 2x plugs and 1x plug lifter.
