Housing, door frame, and door handle made of stainless steel AISI 304. Door constructed from two layers of tempered Low-E glass, which enhances energy efficiency by blocking infrared and UV light from outside while preventing heat from transferring into the cabinet. Includes door lock. Container for distilled water made of ABS plastic (distilled water must be filled manually). Optical and acoustic notification when the humidity inside the cabinet drops below 15%, allowing the user to refill the water container. Acoustic notification if the door is open for more than 3.5 minutes – to protect against uncontrolled disturbances of the chamber conditions. Integrated UVC sterilization lamp to prevent bacterial growth and ensure a safe environment for the meat; when the door is opened during the seasoning process, bacteria have no chance to develop. Forced cooling via a fan that ensures the required air circulation. LED lights on both sides of the chamber and on the ceiling. Max. load per hook: 25 kg. Max. load of the hanging rod: 50 kg. Temperature range: 1-25°C. Adjustable humidity range: 60-85%. The current humidity is displayed on the control panel. Refrigerant: R600a.
