Hendi Convection steam oven CONTROL 7x GN1/1,, 400V/15400W, 730x855x(H)850mm

Chamber made of stainless steel AISI 304. The oven chamber is pressed, and rounded corners facilitate cleaning. The glass door remains cool thanks to double-layer glass with gravity ventilation in between. The door features a position lock that keeps it open at 60°, 90°, 120°, or 180° angles. The door is foldable on the right side (a left-folding version can be ordered, but cannot be changed after purchase). The inner glass pane can be removed for easy cleaning. The door seal is made of thick silicone, mounted in the housing for easy maintenance. The chamber is equipped with LED lighting for clear visibility of the process. The oven chamber is insulated to retain heat inside, ensuring safety and energy efficiency. A drip tray for condensation with a drain in the door is included. The feet are adjustable to ensure a level placement of the oven. Water protection class: IPX4. Connection to the electricity, water, and wastewater network is required.

Operation - electromechanically controlled by 3 buttons. The temperature can be set between 100 °C and 270 °C. The timer can be set for up to 120 minutes, with continuous operation possible. Cooking/baking in 2 modes: convection, convection-steam (combination). Steam is generated by direct spraying onto the fan, adjustable in 5 steps, electronically controlled.
