Hendi Convection steam oven Control 5x GN 2/3

Chamber made of stainless steel AISI 304. The oven chamber is pressed, and rounded corners facilitate cleaning. The glass door remains cool thanks to double-layer glass with an integrated gravity ventilation system. The door features a position lock that keeps it open at angles of 60°, 90°, 120°, or 180°. The door hinge is located on the right side. The inner glass panel can be removed for easy cleaning. The door seal is made of thick silicone and is mounted in the housing for easy maintenance. The chamber is equipped with LED lighting to provide a clear view of the cooking process. The oven chamber is insulated to retain heat inside, making it safe and energy-efficient. A drip tray for condensation with a drain in the door is included. The feet are adjustable to ensure a level placement of the oven. Water protection class: IPX4. A connection to the electricity, water, and sewage networks is required.

Operation is electromechanical via 3 buttons. The temperature can be set between 100°C and 270°C. The timer can be set for up to 120 minutes, and continuous operation is possible. Cooking and baking can be done in 2 modes: convection and convection steam (combination). Steam is generated by direct spraying onto the fan and can be electronically controlled in 5 steps.
