For use in conjunction with heat-shrinkable molded parts and tubes. To ensure optimal moisture protection during assembly or repair, heat-shrinkable products with internal adhesive are used. However, if heat-shrink products with internal adhesive are only needed occasionally, the required storage space and procurement effort are too high. Helashrink® HMT200A tape is the optimal solution: heat-shrinkable tubes or molded parts with internal adhesive no longer need to be stored separately. The workpiece is simply wrapped with the tape, allowing for overlap. A heat-shrinkable tube is then positioned over it and shrunk. During shrinking, the adhesive melts and spreads evenly for optimal moisture protection.
