The Healthkeep body fat scale provides users with a comprehensive overview of their physical condition by delivering 15 different body metrics. In addition to weight and BMI, the device also measures values such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, and bone mass. With its high-precision measurement technology using four sensors and electrodes, the scale can measure with an accuracy of 0.05 kg. Its large VA display directly shows eight essential measurements, including heart rate. By connecting to the Fitdays app, the scale (maximum weight of 180 kg) not only allows for the visualization of progress through charts but also enables synchronization with established fitness platforms. Built-in modes such as athlete and baby mode expand its usability, while a special guest mode ensures privacy.
