For the transmission of audio and video signals between devices such as an aerial socket and a television. The state-of-the-art cable jacket is reinforced with aramid fibres, making it particularly robust, heat-resistant and durable. It has 120 decibel shielding with two layers of extremely dense braiding and shielding foil to prevent electromagnetic interference. High-quality materials and shielded cables ensure excellent, interference-free picture and sound quality. The quadruple shielding optimises the reduction of electromagnetic interference. The coaxial cable construction provides powerful bass and clear treble. A robust metal connector with superior shielding enables reliable signal transmission, while the gold-plated connector offers low contact resistance for reliable performance. Installation is easy thanks to the elastic, environmentally friendly TPE material. The optimised bending protection provided by flexible materials prevents cable breakage, and the elegant, flexible fabric jacket offers additional bending protection. Designed for devices with a 9.5 mm coax connection.

shielding dimension

The shielding dimension describes the tightness of the shield of a coaxial cable. This characteristic indicates how many parts of the signal on the coaxial cable are radiated from the inside to the outside and vice versa. The higher the shielding, the better the quality of the glider. The shielding dimension is specified in decibels (dB).

Number of shieldings

Good shielding against interfering signals is important so that, for example, the mobile phone does not cause the screen to flicker. The shielding significantly influences the transmission behavior. The shorter the cables, the less problematic the shielding and even inexpensive cables can provide satisfactory services. As a rule, the shielding is only specified in the form of a number by the manufacturer. The more the cable is shielded from magnetic fields, the higher the quality.
