When the connected battery reaches the charging end voltage during charging, the charging current is regulated back, and the battery is protected from overcharging. Three LEDs continuously provide information about the current operating status. Due to the fully electronic voltage and current limitation, a connected battery is always maintained at optimal charge while simultaneously preventing dangerous overcharging and the resulting formation of explosive gas.
