The Christen Eagle 46 is one of the best known and most popular aerobatic biplanes. Due to its robust but very light construction, the Christen Eagle 46 is, next to the Pitts Special, the most successful aerobatic biplane in the world. Four generous ailerons and a short lever arm make the Christen Eagle 46 very agile. This makes extreme aerobatic maneuvers possible both with the original and with the model. Especially in combination with a powerful brushless motor, there are almost no limits for the experienced pilot. The model, which is completely built in wood and covered with foil, is characterized by high strength, allowing for enjoyable flights. The construction of the model is quickly and easily completed within a few hours.
