1977 is today, pre-order now from your local dealer. Excerpt from 1977: CHICO is a shapely, fast-paced compact model aerodynamically designed for flight performance. It is extremely maneuverable and, because of its low weight, has sufficient excess power to fly most aerobatic maneuvers accurately. With its favorable dimensions, CHICO is a typical trunk model. The airfoil and tailplane are fixed in the fuselage. This model is controlled by aileron and elevator only; the rudder is rigidly mounted. The hydrofoil has short ailerons located directly on the fuselage. With this design, a brisk and smooth flight performance is achieved. CHICO is a fast motorized flying model that fulfills special wishes and is a lot of fun for the RC pilot.

What is different than back then? The CHICO is now manufactured using laser technology and can thus be assembled very quickly and easily. The positions and numbers of the frames to be glued are engraved on the inside of the fuselage, so the fuselage can be built almost without instructions. As far as possible, all parts were left the same, with only minor changes for servo mounting of today's miniature servos in the wings and fuselage, as well as the cutouts for servo cables, a COX engine dummy, and an additional engine bulkhead for mounting today's electric motors. All changes have been made in such a way that it is also possible to build the model, as it used to be, in the original without any problems. By using today's RC technology, we have achieved a weight saving of about 150 g, which benefits the good-natured flight characteristics.

Flight characteristics: The model is very good-natured and easy to fly but is not a beginner model.
