The Torrex® 30280 steam juicer made of stainless steel is a high-quality product from the brand Gräfenstayn. Made from dishwasher-safe and rust-resistant 18/10 stainless steel, it is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. The polished exterior and satin-matte interior of the pots give it an appealing appearance. The steam juicing process does not cook the fruits but only heats them to preserve aroma, color, flavor, minerals, and vitamins. This ready-to-use juicer consists of a base, fruit juice container, perforated steaming insert, shatterproof glass lid, silicone drainage hoses, and a stainless steel clamp. The various modules can also be used individually. With a diameter of 26 cm and a capacity of 2.4 liters, it can juice up to 4 kilos of fruit or vegetables depending on the volume. The encapsulated energy-saving base with a thickness of 5.0 mm ensures optimal heat conduction. The operation of the steam juicer is based on the principle of steaming, which kills germs and bacteria. The top pot contains a perforated basket for the fruits, while the middle pot collects the juice obtained. The bottom pot heats the water to generate the necessary steam. In addition to the juicer, two drainage hoses made of hygienic silicone are included in the delivery. The insulated handles and optimized hose clamp ensure safe use.
