Our strongest motor and best materials. The professional slicer SlicedKitchen by GRAEF features a full metal construction and a cantilever design, along with several other practical details: The machine is equipped with a powerful and whisper-quiet condenser motor with a power of 185 watts.

A special feature is the foldable carriage made of hard-anodized aluminum. This not only gives it a visually appealing look but also ensures exceptional stability. With the comfortably adjustable slice thickness from 0 to 15 mm, the slicer allows you to adapt to the food being sliced and set the desired thickness.

The SlicedKitchen slicer is equipped with an on/off switch on the carriage profile and a cable compartment for convenient storage of the cable when the device is not in use.

The smooth, 190 mm full steel blade and the blade cover can be easily and conveniently removed. This makes cleaning and lubricating the slicer a breeze.
