The 400-watt multi-cutter from GRAEF brings joy even to the smallest kitchens. With its aluminum auger and 2,500 watts of blocking power, it transports meat, vegetables, or dough through its attachments with almost no residue left behind.
Benefits include high-quality materials (stainless steel and aluminum) that ensure greater durability, as well as versatile attachments that inspire creativity in the kitchen. Additional features include a full metal housing, perforated discs and blades made of stainless steel, a 400-watt motor with up to 2,500 watts of blocking power, and a high throughput capacity (throughput: 1,800 g/min to 2,500 g/min, depending on the perforated disc and the material being processed).
The inlet size of the filling funnel is approximately 4.2 cm, and it has two speed settings, a reverse function, and a digital function display. The two-part cutting attachment includes a knife and a perforated disc, with interchangeable cutting discs (fine 3 mm, medium 5 mm, and coarse 8 mm). It is characterized by minimal residue due to an optimal feeding system and easy cleaning thanks to the straightforward disassembly of the screw housing and the filling bowl. An overload protection feature is also integrated.
