GoPro Smart remote control

With the Smart Remote, you can turn the camera on and off, adjust settings, start and stop recording, and take photos. It's ideal for shooting when you mount your GoPro on your gear. When used with HERO4 cameras, you have access to the settings/tag button for quick adjustments, or you can use the HiLight Tag to mark important moments during recording. This allows you to quickly play back, edit, and share those moments.

The Smart Remote allows you to control up to 50 cameras simultaneously and offers a 40 percent improved battery life compared to the Wi-Fi Remote. It is mountable and waterproof up to 10 meters. The package includes a keychain and a wrist strap, so the remote can be worn on your body or mounted on your gear.

You have full control over all camera functions such as shutter, settings, and power on/off from a distance. The settings/tag button enables quick changes and marking important moments with HiLight Tag during recording (only with HERO4 cameras). The range is up to 600 feet (180 meters) under optimal conditions. The rugged design is portable, mountable, and waterproof up to 10 meters. The integrated LCD display mirrors the camera status screen for quick checking of camera functions and settings.
