It is best suited for portrait and fashion photography or wedding and product photography, especially for small and medium-sized photo studios. For large studio shoots, it can be used as a backlight, hair light or fill/brighten light. Allows quick attachment of a light shaper, e.g. a softbox (Bowens connection).
