Whilst investigating the disappearance of twin girls in Winterlake, something terrible happens to Caroline Walker. In the middle of the night, she wakes up naked in a bathtub - hooked up to outdated medical equipment. Caroline must fight for her life as she explores the halls of an abandoned mansion that has been converted into a hospital.
