Rogetsu Kagura is a festival that takes place every ten years on Rogetsu Island in southern Japan. During the festival, five girls mysteriously disappeared. The girls were rescued by a detective, but all of their memories were lost.

One of the girls who vanished mysteriously, Ruka Mizunaki, has a faint recollection of a single melody...

• Girls playing instruments, surrounded by masked figures, and a masked woman dancing as if possessed in the moonlight. -

The melody repeats and accelerates... and then the memory ends abruptly. What happened on that day...? Since then, Ruka has lived with this thought in her mind. Ten years later, two of the mysteriously disappeared girls are found murdered one after the other. They were discovered with their faces covered in a tragic pose. Determined to uncover the mystery behind their friends' deaths, the remaining girls, Misaki and Madoka, decide to travel to Rogetsu Island.

Ruka decides to follow them to the island. Will they uncover the truth behind their lost memories?.
