The Forerunner 235 is compatible with GPS and GLONASS satellites, quickly and accurately determining your current position—even in dense forests or near tall buildings.
An optical sensor on the Forerunner 235 measures heart rate around the clock at your wrist, allowing you to run without a chest strap. The colored display shows your heart rate zone and beats per minute in real time.
