Combination of hot air and steam
Combination of hot air (up to 230 °C) and steam with a choice of 5 humidity levels: 0%, 30%, 60%, 80%, 100%. Hot air, grill, and humidity levels adapt to each dish for optimal results.

Fixed inlet and outlet water connection
Uncompromising comfort and hygiene are continuously guaranteed by the fixed water connection with inlet and outlet by regularly flushing the inlet pipes and pumping out the stagnant water. Complete cleaning of the internal lines with 90 °C hot water after each cooking process with the steam function.
