Ever since the first DW-5000C was launched in 1983, G-Shock has continued to push the boundaries of timekeeping by creating new and original designs. These new models embody these efforts in an attractive,
thin configuration. These new models adopt the octagonal shape that was used for the original DW-5000C. Analogue-digital timekeeping is packaged in a sober, simple design without compromising the toughness of the G-Shock level. High-strength resin material reinforced with carbon fiber allows the creation of a case that is only 11.8 mm thin, making it the thinnest among G-Shock combination models.
