The Foscam SD8P is a high-resolution 8 MP Wi-Fi surveillance camera with 4x optical zoom for security monitoring both indoors and outdoors. The 8-megapixel UHD video quality of the Foscam SD8EP delivers sharp and detailed images. The high 4K resolution captures every detail, which is particularly important for identifying people and objects. The High Dynamic Range (HDR) technology enhances image quality in challenging lighting conditions, ensuring that images are always clear and precise. With the 4x optical zoom of the Foscam SD8EP, distant objects can be viewed up close without loss of quality. This is especially useful for recognizing details from a great distance or gaining an overview of a larger area.

Equipped with four highly efficient infrared LEDs, the camera provides clear images regardless of lighting conditions. The advanced night vision technology of this camera allows for an effective range of up to 50 meters, even in complete darkness. The Foscam SD8P PTZ surveillance camera has a pan range of 355° and a tilt range of 90°, offering extensive coverage. The camera can automatically track moving individuals, enabling continuous monitoring.

The Foscam SD8P employs advanced algorithms to distinguish between people and vehicles. This intelligent detection minimizes false alarms and ensures that only relevant alerts are sent. When the surveillance camera detects human movement, it automatically follows the moving person, ensuring that they remain in the frame.
