With this adapter, you can mount the 100 mm filter holder from Formatt-Hitech onto a lens with an 82 mm filter thread. The special design eliminates vignetting with wide-angle lenses. However, the adapter can also be used for standard focal lengths and telephoto lenses without any limitations. Therefore, it is more versatile than standard adapters.
