The integrated LCD display shows essential information in real time, such as time, heart rate, sleep, and activity level, while the touch sensor allows for intuitive control, even without a smartphone.

FitRing also works as a smart assistant: on iOS devices, it lets you take selfies by shaking your hand and control short videos or scroll through your phone’s screen with a double tap.

The wireless USB-C charging case provides up to 10–12 full charges, while the ring itself lasts approximately 3 days on a single charge. Recharging takes just 45–60 minutes.
