The Vertus CS1000 is a professional array for musicians seeking a compact, easily transportable, modular PA system that is ready to use in just a few minutes without compromising on quality. The bass reflex subwoofer enclosure features a 12-inch long-throw driver, a two-channel Class-D amplifier module, and a compartment for the mounting pole and satellite. The passive birch plywood satellite connects to the subwoofer via a supplied Speakon cable and contains six 3-inch broadband neodymium drivers. The narrow width of the column allows for a horizontal dispersion of 110°. In the vertical plane, the array of 6 speakers mechanically arranged in a J-Array configuration provides a vertical dispersion of 30° (+10°/-20°). The subwoofer is equipped with a sturdy aluminum handle with a rubber insert, making it particularly convenient to carry the entire system, which includes the subwoofer, satellite, tripod poles, joints, and cabling. The fanless amplifier module made of die-cast aluminum features a 600W LF and a 400W HF channel in a highly efficient Class-D switching power supply. Audio signal processing is fully digital via DSP and ultra-low-noise converters. Equipped with 8 equalizer presets, it offers the right sound for any application condition. The volume of the satellites can be adjusted in relation to the subwoofer in 8 steps from -4.5 to +5. A selectable HPF filter allows for the suppression of excessively low frequencies from the subwoofer, which can be disruptive under certain conditions (resonant stages, acoustically challenging environments, etc.).
