The Spitzel is a handlebar holder with an unusual tensioning strap. With a little practice, it is very easy to attach. Sleeves or universal bag are attached to the base using industrial Velcro with a fleece side on the device. Very good hold overall. The case is touch-enabled and offers weather protection. Medium phones fit well, larger ones a little tight. Overall a clever, slim solution.
