The EX-3519 PCIe card with the ASM1061 chip is a 2-channel expansion card. Each Serial ATA port supports transfer speeds of up to 6 Gbps and is backward compatible with older SATA 1.5 Gbps or 3 Gbps drives. Additionally, the card features a mode switch that allows for operation in either IDE or AHCI mode. The EX-3519 is commonly used in servers, PCs, office computers, and more. A low-profile bracket for slim cases up to 8 cm in height is included with the controller.

SATA 3 PCIe controller for 2 hard drives. Compliant with PCI Express specification V2.0 and backward compatible with PCI Express 1.x. Compliant with Serial ATA specification v3.0. Hot Plug and Hot Swap supported. Native Command Queue (NCQ) supported. Port Multiplier supported. Modes supported: IDE/NO BOOT/AHCI mode. Booting from the EX-3519 is possible. Includes low-profile bracket. Chipset Asmedia ASM1061.
