The EX-1010 is specifically designed to expand 4 additional PCI slots via a PCIe slot. The EX-1010 connects easily to a motherboard with a PCI-Express bus using the PCIe adapter card. It supports any universal PCI I/O card available in the IT market (e.g., serial, parallel, USB, FireWire, etc.) with 5V or 3.3V. For specialized cards with digital sound processors or high power consumption, we recommend the more powerful expansion box EX-1032. No additional drivers are required for the EX-1010. An external 12V/3A power supply is included with the EX-1010.

It expands 4 PCI 32-bit 33MHz slots via the PCI-Express slot. Supports both 5V and 3.3V add-on cards. PCI slots are compliant with PCI Bus Rev. 2.3, PCI Express Base compliant, Specification: Revision 1.0a. PCI Express Advanced Error Reporting supports capabilities including ECRC. Robust metal housing, suitable for industrial applications. A low profile bracket with a maximum height of 8 cm is included. Comes with a 12V DC AC power supply.
