This adapter plate connects an Ergotron mount with a 75 x 75 mm interface to a display that has a hole pattern of 100 x 100 mm.

Note: All VESA MIS-D compatible Ergotron products include interfaces for both 75 x 75 mm and 100 x 100 mm hole patterns.
