The versatile wall switch for flush mounting offers the right solution for every application in the smart home: A conventional switch can trigger one or multiple functions simultaneously. After installation on a flush-mounted box and connection to the wired bus, multiple Homematic IP (Wired) actuators and system functions can be controlled at the push of a button using a conventional switch. For example, all lights can be turned off and all shutters can be lowered. Two channels provide comfortable control of devices or system functions in the smart home: They allow for turning lights on and off or dimming them, activating and deactivating eco mode, or raising and lowering shutters. The connection is made via the Homematic IP Wired bus for reliable power supply and secure communication between devices. Integration into existing switch series is achieved by using existing frames and switches. With the appropriate adapter, integration into the most common designs of leading switch manufacturers is possible. Optimized for easy installation on flush-mounted boxes. The removable push-in terminal with spring-loaded clamps facilitates connection to the wired bus. The wired system can be controlled via the CCU3 central unit, through many partner solutions, and in the future via the Homematic IP Access Point.
