With the HmIP Wired Shutter Actuator, up to 4 blinds, venetian blinds, roller shutters, and awnings can be controlled independently within the HmIP Wired system. Thanks to numerous configuration options, both roller shutters and awnings as well as venetian blinds and shades can be managed. In addition to raising and lowering, adjusting the fabric height, etc., for venetian blinds and shades, the angle of the slats can also be adjusted for different shading situations. The time profiles for control are stored directly in the actuator after configuration, allowing it to operate independently even in the event of a temporary failure of a central unit. In conjunction with the CCU3, the actuator's virtual actuator channels enable easily implementable priority controls. When using the Homematic IP app, a lockout protection via a window contact can be even more easily realized. Here, when the patio door is open, the associated time profile of the roller shutter is temporarily deactivated in the background. The actuator controls connected blinds, venetian blinds, roller shutters, and awnings via 4 potential-free, independent channels (1x switch and 1x normally closed contact per channel, load per channel up to 500 W, not suitable for DC motors with polarity reversal). It allows for flexible control of connected shading elements via conventional wired switches or Homematic IP wireless switches and remote controls. Precise adjustment of the fabric height and slat angle of venetian blinds and shades is possible. Astro function and time profiles can be set per channel and are stored directly in the device. Operation and commissioning directly at the device are facilitated by an integrated, illuminated LC display. Installation and wiring are straightforward through DIN rail mounting (TS35, mounting width 4TE) and spring-loaded terminal connections for rigid and flexible wires, as well as connectors for bus connection and tool-free wiring. Voice control with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant is also possible.
