EQ-3 Dimming actuator

The fully electronic phase-cut dimmer HmIP-FDT allows for dimming as well as turning on and off resistive and capacitive loads. This includes dimmable LEDs, dimmable energy-saving lamps, low-voltage halogen lamps, high-voltage halogen lamps, and incandescent lamps. It is optimized for modern light sources such as LEDs and is particularly well-suited for small loads ranging from 3 to 80 VA. Connected lights can be dimmed almost continuously in 0.5% increments via the Homematic IP app. Additionally, it impresses with its low standby power consumption of 0.4 W and its compact design for easy installation in flush-mounted boxes or surface-mounted junction boxes, making it suitable for use in basements or outdoor areas. Tool-free terminals simplify the installation process. Control is done through the Homematic IP app, Homematic IP transmitters, or the Homematic central unit CCU2.
