Enermax T.B. Apollish

Apollish has become synonymous with extravagantly illuminated fans. With this fan series, the manufacturer Enermax has convincingly demonstrated that its expertise extends well beyond the traditional realm of high-quality power supplies. Following the "normal" Apollish and the more eye-catching Vegas, the series is significantly expanded once again. This model belongs to the T.B. Apollish range, designed as a cost-effective solution, where the savings only affect the optical aspects and fan control. However, the fan does not compromise on the high-quality Twister bearing, which allows for a very long lifespan of 50,000 hours. Upon closer inspection, the optical limitations turn out to be only a minor drawback. The fan forgoes a fully metallic glossy surface; instead, the frame and rotor are made from a semi-transparent material. A special feature is that the front edges of the blades are equipped with a metal layer, resulting in a reflection intensity of the rotor that is similarly high. Only in installation positions where the frame is also clearly visible do the conventional Apollish fans appear more appealing. In this 180 mm version, the fan is highlighted by 18 blue LEDs that are arranged in a ring on the inner side of the frame. The fan can operate at three different levels (Ultra Silent, Silent, Performance). As a model with variable speed, the T.B. Apollish is particularly recommended as a case fan. As usual, it is designed to be a slower and therefore particularly quieter fan, achieving 15 dB(A) at 1,200 RPM.
