The choice of a durable material such as cast iron allows for a second use of the area, which can serve as a practical support for pots, even when hot, or for any object during non-aspiration moments.

Grease and high-performance regenerable odor filters can be easily removed from the top, and the inner part can be accessed for cleaning any accidental spills. Additionally, a special valve allows for the discharge of any spilled liquid, ensuring maximum hygiene in your kitchen.
