The active, professional cooling solution for the AMD Socket SP5 is recommended for AMD Genoa processors. In addition to the efficient, PWM-controlled active fan, the heatsinks and cooling fins are made of aluminum and are equipped with heat pipes. An embedded copper heat spreader also ensures rapid cooling for up to 320W TDP.
