Product details

The six selectable tremolo waveforms of the M305 MXR Tremolo offer musicians a variety of new interpretations of the popular effect, in addition to classic ones. The MXR style provides the natural, pulsing sound of the M159 MXR Stereo Tremolo. The Bias style is inspired by the rich, compressed tremolo effects used in tube amplifiers of the early 60s. The Revo style is a complete redesign by MXR that flips the original waveform to create stronger peaks in modulation. The Opto style delivers the smooth, pulsing tremolo effect typically found only in pedals with photo cells. The SQR style produces an extremely pronounced, 'choppy' tremolo, while the Harm style impresses with watery, phase-like sounds. Effect control is made simple with adjustable settings for Speed, Gain, and Depth, and the various modes can be easily selected by pressing the Gain knob. Additionally, the pedal features Tap Tempo, an expression pedal control, stereo operation, and an Envelope Mode that responds to the dynamics of playing.
