The LLDS12 is a waterproof LoRaWAN sensor node operating at 868 MHz, equipped with a LiDAR Time of Flight distance sensor. The sensor measures the distance to an object located between 0.1 m and 12 m away. The LiDAR sensor utilizes laser technology for measurement, making it very fast and accurate. The LLDS12 is powered by an 8500 mAh Li-SOCI2 battery, designed for long-term use of up to 5 years (for precise runtime details, see documentation). The LoRa component of the module is based on the SX1276, allowing users to transmit data over very long distances at low data rates. It offers wideband spread communication and high interference resistance with minimal power consumption. Each LLDS12 comes preloaded with a set of unique keys for LoRaWAN registrations. These keys are registered on the local LoRaWAN server, and the LLDS12 automatically connects upon power-up when network coverage is available.
