Especially at high magnifications, it is advisable to use binoculars with a tripod. This prevents shaky views and allows for longer observations without arm fatigue. With our elegantly designed DÖRR Metal Binocular Tripod Adapter TA-4 Slim, all binoculars with a ¼” tripod thread can be easily mounted on a tripod. Thanks to the particularly slim design of the adapter head, it fits between narrow binocular bridges and can also be securely tightened with a screwdriver if needed (locking screw with slot). On most binoculars, the ¼” tripod thread is located below the central focus wheel and is covered by a screw cap. Unscrew this cap. Now, your binoculars can be securely attached to the tripod in combination with our binocular tripod adapter (suitable tripods are optionally available from DÖRR).
