DJI Care Refresh: Keep Flying. DJI Care Refresh is a comprehensive protection package that offers an affordable replacement service and coverage for accidental damage. Enjoy your DJI product with peace of mind, wherever you go.

Two quick replacements. DJI Care Refresh provides, for a small additional fee, up to two replacement devices within a year. For the Mavic Mini, the fee for the first replacement is €40, and for the second replacement, it is €49.

Comprehensive coverage. In the event of damage, we will replace your device – no questions asked, as long as you send us the damaged device. Whether it's water damage, collisions, or crashes – we've got you covered.

Save valuable time. The new express option allows customers to completely skip the damage assessment process. A DJI service center will send you a replacement device immediately upon receiving the damaged drone.

VIP service. Contact DJI experts and receive priority services.

Free shipping. DJI covers the shipping costs if the product is sent in for a replacement device. DJI only covers shipping costs if the product and DJI Care Refresh were purchased in the same country or corresponding region.

Notes:
1. DJI Care Refresh can be linked to a DJI product under the following criteria:

• New and unactivated products;
• Aircraft or gimbals that were activated less than 48 hours ago.

2. DJI Care Refresh is only valid in the region where the product was purchased. To ensure that you can use the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region.
