Express option:
As soon as the defective device has arrived at DJI, the replacement device will be dispatched immediately. Fastest service! (Processes such as evaluation etc. are skipped).

International exchange service:
Can be sent to any DJI Authorised Repair Center worldwide as soon as the validity of the Care Refresh has been confirmed. The protection package offers, for a small additional fee, up to three replacement devices within 24 months. With coverage for a wide range of damage types, you'll always use our products worry-free.

Service fees:

• 19€ for the first replacement device
• 29€ for the second replacement device
• 39€ for the third replacement device

Please take note:
If you purchase DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product, DJI Care Refresh is automatically active after 24 hours. Your service agreement will be sent to you by email.

DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased through official or authorised channels. DJI Care Refresh services are only available in the region of purchase.

The replacement devices are in mint or near mint condition in terms of performance and reliability.

Important note:
DJI Care can only be added and registered with a new purchase or within 30 days of the first activation at the latest, please note this. You are only purchasing the activation code for registration with DJI. Any service claims or services must be handled directly with DJI. Once the code has been activated, care can no longer be cancelled!.
